Delivery

Orders will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Please note that during busy periods this is not always possible - but you will be informed when your order is confirmed. Also orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the start of the week.

Product availability

Superflytri Services holds large amounts of stock but sometimes a product can be out of stock! If this occurs you will be informed when your order is confirmed. An expected delivery date will be given. An alternative product may be offered.

Delivery

Up to 100g: £3.95 - (Delivery fully insured) 
100g to 2kg: £6.95 - (Delivery fully insured) 
Over 2kg: £9.95 - Delivery fully insured)
(N.B. Additional charged my be incurred on exceptionally large items. You will be advised of these additional charged before your order is shipped).

Postal prices apply to UK Mainland only - for other non mainland or overseas destinations please contact us direct.

Returns

If you are not entirely happy we will gladly exchange or refund your unused purchase. Please return it with its original packaging/labels within 14 days. Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving your return.

Please ensure you return your goods by suitable insured/recorded post to the postal address Superflytri Services Ltd, P.O. Box 4824, Rugby, CV21 9GF. Please ensure they are packaged properly.
