Try before you buy
Many of the items on the ecommerce site can be tested before you purchase. This includes things like bikes, rollers, and saddles etc.
These items can be sent out on a sale or return basis for two weeks. The items will be paid for by credit card. If the items are returned within the two weeks a full refund will be given as long as the item is returned in a fully re-saleable condition. This includes the packaging of the item. If you don’t return the item then it will be considered as sold.
