The filming and subsequent analysis of performance and movements can help highlight small details in techniques which can be worked to improve performance.

Superflytri uses specialised Dartfish® sport analysis software to download and analyse performances to help identify strengths and weaknesses. In addition footage can be saved and can be compared against new footage to assess any differences in performance.
