• GB age group competitor at both sprint and standard distances.
• Head Coach for Rugby Triathlon club for the past 3 years
• British Triathlon Federation (BTA) coach educator up to and including level3
• HND in Sport & Exercise Science at Warwickshire College (Henly-in-Arden) with distinction in all subjects
• BSc (Hons) degree 2:1 from Northampton University
• Now studying for a master degree at Birmingham University in Sports Coaching
• Still actively competing in triathlon at all distances up to and including Ironman
• Vast coaching experience in triathlon form novice to National Champions and Age group International athletes.
  
  All carried out with a wife, six children and a sense of humour.
